ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud allows you to generate various reports across modules. You can use predefined reports or generate custom reports as required.
To generate or view reports, go to the Reports module. Filter the reports per customers by using the customer drop-down in the header.
You to generate reports of the following types:
- Tabular Report
: Displays data in tables.
- Matrix Report
: Displays data in matrix format.
- Query Report
: Predefined reports generated using SQL query that displays data in a tabular format.
- Scan Report
: Displays detailed inventory data based on scan time.
- Summary report
: Displays data as a summary.
