ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud provides predefined reports to view information instantly. Predefined reports can also be edited to fine-tune the data as needed.
Role Required: SDAdmin, SDReport, Technicians with View access to reports, Account Manager and Point of Contact of customers with View Reports access
To access predefined reports, go to the Reports module and browse through the various report folders under the All Reports tab.
Select the respective customer from the drop-down in the header to filter the reports as needed.
The default report folders available are as follows:

- Request Notifications
- Request Notes
- Archived Incidents Request
- Archived Service Requests
- All Archived Requests
- Request Assessment
- Average Response And Resolution Time
- Request Metrics
- Asset Depreciation
- Incident Requests

- Completed Requests
- SLA Violated Requests
- Pending Requests
- All Problems
- Pending Problems
- Completed Problems
- All Changes
- Pending Changes
- Completed Changes
- Request Time Spent Reports
- Reports on All Releases
- Reports on Pending Releases
To edit a predefined report, hover over a report and click
against it.
You can also create custom reports as per your requirements.
