Edit or Save Reports

Edit Reports

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDReport, Technicians with Edit access to reports, Account Manager and Point of Contact of customers with View Reports access can edit/save their reports
 
To edit a report,
  1. Go to the Reports module and open a report you want to edit.
  2. Click Edit on the top-left.
Alternatively, you can also click against the report you wish to edit on the reports list view.


 

Save Reports

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDReport, Technician with View permission, Account Manager and Point of Contact of customers with View Reports access.

 

To save a report,
  1. Go to the Reports module and open a report you want to edit.
  2. Click Save report as displayed on the top.


  1. Use the pointers below to fill out the fields.
    1. Report Name: Specify a name for the report.
    2. Description: Provide a brief description of the report.
    3. Accessibility: Select the visibility of the reports as either Public or Private.
    4. Save-in Folder: Select the report folder you want to save this report in.
      1. You can also create a new folder to save the report by clicking beside the dropdown. Enter a Folder Name and click Add.
    5. Access to Dashboard: Specify whether this report can be accessed as a dashboard widget.
  2. Finally, click Save.
