Email Reports

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDReport, Technicians with View access to reports, Account Manager and Point of Contact of customers with View Reports access

To email a report,
  1. Go to the Reports module and open a report.
  2. Click Mail this Report displayed at the top.


  1. Choose your preferred Format for the report. The available formats are PDF, XLSX, XLS, HTML, Inline HTML, and CSV.
  2. Provide the recipient's email in the To address field.
  3. Specify the email subject and provide a short message or description.
  4. Finally, click Send.
