Query Reports

Role Required: SDAdmin


Query reports are predefined reports generated using an SQL query. They display data in a tabular format. You can customize query reports only for date and time columns, like Created Time, Completed Time, Scheduled Start, and Scheduled End.
 

To generate a query report,

  1. Go to the Reports module and click Query Reports.
  2. Go to your preferred report folder and open a report.

To generate a custom query report, click on a report in the list view.

  1. In the Edit Query Report pop-up, select a Filter By criteria from the following options: Created Time, Completed Time, Scheduled Start, Scheduled End.
  2. Choose a preferred time to generate the report or specify a time.
  3. Finally, click Save or Save and Run Report.

  Data for query reports will not be scoped to the customer selected in the filter in the header.
