Review

Review

In this stage, the Release Review team thoroughly assesses the processes involved in each release stage, including the process efficiency, cost and time effectiveness, impact, intended and incidental outcomes, and more. The Review Board determines whether the release met the specified goals causing little or no disruption to the production environment.
Comprehensive analyses of this stage are documented to help the release management team retrospect and act proactively in the future.
To add and view the review-related details,
  1. Go to Releases.
  2. Choose all or a specific customer from the drop-down in the header.
  3. Go to the details page of the required release.
  4. Click Review on the left pane.

The following tabs are displayed on the canvas:
  1. Details
    1. spot edit the relevant fields to provide the expected and actual review schedule.
    2. Describe the review process in detail.
    3. Attach the necessary files.
  2. Tasks: Add, edit, organize, delete, pick up, trigger, and close release tasks, assign owners to the unassigned tasks, and configure task dependencies. Learn more.
  3. Notes: Provide review-related additional information. You can also add review notes via conversations.
  4. Approvals: Define approvers for various approval levels required to complete the review. Learn more.
  5. Status Comments: View all review status comments provided in the release form.
