Project Status

Project statuses indicate the progress of any projects and milestones you create in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud MSP.

Role Required: SDAdmin
  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Project Management > Status.
  2. Click New Project Status.
  3. Provide a name for the project status. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Select the In progress state of the project status.
    1. Pending - Refers to statuses where the project is still in progress.
    2. Completed - Refers to statuses where the project is completed.
  5. Choose a color to indicate the status in the project list view.
  6. Describe the project status details and usage.
  7. Click Save.
Project Statuses are common for all customers

Edit/Delete Project Status

On the list view, click beside a project status name.

Info
You cannot delete default project statuses. 

Organize Project Statuses

Set the display order for project statuses across the application.
  1. Click Organize on the toolbar.
  2. Select a project status and use the and icons to decide the sort order.
  3. Click Save.
