Review

Review

During the review stage, the change management team evaluates the entire change process from Submission to Release. They document a report detailing the change process and assess if the objectives of each stage were achieved. They also document procedures to be implemented in the future.

The following tabs are displayed:
  1. Details: Configure the next review date, add the review in the Description field, add attachments, and fill additional fields configured for the stage. Depending on your change role and permissions, you can spot-edit the fields.
  2. Tasks: You can add and manage tasks in this stage.
  3. Approvals: Track the approval levels associated with the Review stage.

If no approval is added for the Review stage, the Approvals tab will not be visible for this stage after the change moves to the next stage.  
  1. Status Comments: View the status transitions of the change in this stage, along with the comments added during the transitions.
