Project Details Page

The project details page provides all the specifics of a project, helping users easily track the project details tasks.

To open the project details page, go to the Projects and click a project.

In the details page, the project information is organized in the following tabs:
  1. Summary: Provides a graphical summary of the tasks and milestones.
  2. Details: Provides comprehensive information about the project.
  3. Milestones: Significant events in a project that must be completed before the project is completed.
  4. Tasks: Add and manage tasks related to the projects.
  5. Associations: Requests, Changes, and Releases associated with the project are displayed.
  6. Time Sheet: Record the time spent on the project tasks.
  7. Members: Add members to the project and assign various project roles.
  8. Comments: Communicate with the project members.
  9. History: All project activities and their timelines will be shown here.
 
The right pane in the project details page summarizes key project information such as the percentage of the project completed, the count of tasks and milestones, and associated requests, changes, and projects.


 

Summary 

A summary tab graphically summarizes the data of milestones and tasks in widgets. You can view the tasks and milestones by due date and status. You can also view the completed tasks and milestones.

Widgets in this tab are pre-defined; you cannot add or delete them. 
You can perform the following actions in a widget:
  1. Click a widget to navigate to its corresponding details page.
  2. Hover over a widget and click Expand to view it in full-screen mode.
  3. To reload a widget, hover over it and click Refresh.
  4. To change the chart type, hover over a widget, and click Charts. Choose the required option.
