Software Notifications 

You can notify users/technicians when prohibited software installations are identified in their machines. To do that, you must enable the software notifications in the admin configuration.
  1. Go to Setup > Automation > Notification Rules > Asset.
  2. Under the Software Notifications section, enable the required check boxes and select the required users/technicians to be notified.
  3. Hover over a notification and click the edit icon to customize the notification template.
