Service Type

Categorize and track services offered or availed by the organization based on their functionalities and purposes.  

Role Required: SDAdmin
  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Asset Management > Service Type.
  2. Click Add Service Type.
  3. Provide a name and short description for the service type.
  4. Use the check box to disable the service type.
  5. Click Save.

On the service type list view, click beside the service type to edit or delete it.
