Color-code change requests in the list and template view based on change attributes. This enables users to identify and track change requests easily.
Color coding is user-specific, allowing each logged-in user to personalize the color settings in their change list view.

In the list view, you can apply row colors to all or specific columns. In the template view, row colors are applied only to the check box column.

Color coding is not applicable in the calendar view.
Role Required: SDAdmin, SDChangeManager, User with View permission to Changes
Go to the change list/template view and click the Row Color Settings icon

on the top right corner. In the Row Color Settings pop-up, you can:
- Enable/disable row color settings. On enabling this option, row colors are applied only to the list view.
- Enable/disable row color settings for template view.
- View the attribute based on which color coding is applied. The color-coding interpretation for various criteria in each attribute is also displayed.
- View the columns to which the color settings are applied.
- Click Edit row color settings to reconfigure the applied settings. The Color Settings window pops up. You can configure the settings on the left pane and preview the color-coded requests instantly on the right side of the configuration space.
Fill out the displayed fields using the table below as a reference:

Row color based on
| Choose the attribute based on which you want to color-code change requests. The options available are: Stage, Change Type, Workflow, Template, and Change Risk.

Default Color
| Select the default color to be applied for change requests that do not match the row color criteria.
To apply distinct colors to highlight change requests,
- Click Add New.
- Select the criteria to apply the color. The criteria are listed based on the attribute selected.
- Click the color box and choose a color to associate with the selected criteria.

Applies to
| Select the columns that must be colored based on the color code.
If no column is chosen, the color coding will be applied to all columns.
This setting applies only to the list view.

Opacity
| Select the opacity level of the colors using the slider as required.

After configuring the color settings, click Save.

The Row Color Settings icon

will be displayed for users under the list view/template view pages. You can view the color interpretations by clicking it.
In the change template view, the colors are applied only to the check box column, despite the columns selected in Applies to configuration.
