Close Changes

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDChangeManager, Users with Approve permission to the current stage and the Close stage.
 
You can close changes from the list/template view or the change details page.
  1. To close changes in bulk, select the preferred changes from the list/template view, and click Close.
  1. To close an individual change, click Close on the change details page.

 If status comment and closure rules are mandated for some of the changes, these values must be provided during the bulk closure of changes. 

To view closed changes,
  1. Select the Closed Changes custom view from the drop-down in the list/template view.
  2. To view the closed changes assigned to you, select My Closed Changes from the custom view filter.

To reopen changes,
  1. Click Edit on the change details page.
  2. Change the Stage field from Close to Submission and the Status field from Completed to Requested.
  3. Save the changes made.
