Color-code requests to easily identify and track them based on their Status, Priority, or Category.
Each technician can personalize the row colors according to their preferences.

Color coding is not applicable in the Kanban View.
Role Required: Technicians with View Request permission.
Configuring Color Settings
Go to the request list view or template view and click the Row Color Settings icon

. Ensure you have selected the respective customer from the drop-down in the header.
The Row Color Settings drop-down will open to display the configured color settings.
The following options will be displayed:
- Enable row color settings: Toggle this to enable/disable row color settings. By default, row colors are applied only to the list view.
- Enable color settings for template view: Toggle this to enable/disable row color settings for template view,
- Color Based On: Field by which color coding is applied.
- Default Color: Color chosen for the configuration.
- Applies To: Columns to which the color settings are applied.
To change color configurations, click Edit row color settings at the bottom of the drop-down and use the pointers below to configure the fields.

Configuring settings on the left pane will preview the color-coded result instantly on the right pane.

Row Color Based On
| Choose the field based on which you want to color-code requests. The options available are Status, Priority, and Category.
Select values for the fields by clicking Add New and associate a color by clicking the color checkbox.

Default Color
| Set the colors for the configuration.

Applies to
| Select the request columns that must be colored from the combo box.
If no column is chosen, the color coding will be applied to all columns
This setting is applicable only for the list view.

Opacity
| Select the opacity level of the colors using the slider.

After configuring the color settings, click Save.
