CAB

CAB (Change Advisory Board) is a designated group of users to assist the Change Manager in assessing, scheduling, and prioritizing changes.

The CAB members can recommend or reject a change in the CAB Evaluation stage while only a Change Approver can approve a change and move it to the next stage. The CAB members can be edited and modified at any stage of the change

CABs are dynamic and the members can be modified anytime irrespective of its association with active changes.

Create CAB 

  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Change Management > CAB.
  2. Select the MSP customer from the header menu.
  3. Click New CAB.
  4. Enter a name for the CAB. This is a mandatory field.
  5. Describe the CAB details and usage.
  6. Select the users who are part of the CAB. This is a mandatory field.
  7. Click Save.


You can modify the access permissions for CAB members under  Setup > Customization > Change Management > Change Role. Learn more

List View Operations 

  1. To edit/delete CAB, click beside a change type name.
  1. To bulk delete CAB, select the cab and click Delete on the toolbar.
