Facility Services

Facility Services

Under facility services, you can add various facilities, such as wifi, pantry, cab, etc. You can associate these services with campuses, buildings, floors, and rooms & spaces.
To add a new facility service,
  1. Go to Spaces > Facility Services. Select a customer from All Customers.
  2. Click New Facility Service.
  3. Select facility service type from predefined templates. Click here to learn more about creating facility service templates.
  4. Enter a name and description for the facility. Add attachments if any.
  5. Click Save.

After creating facility services, they can be associated under Campus, Structures, Floors, and Rooms & Spaces.

Facility Services List View     

From the facility service list view, you can add, edit, or delete facility services.
  1. Edit/Delete facility service: Click Actions and perform the preferred action.
  2. Search: Use filters or the search option in the header to find a particular facility service.
  3. View: Switch between table view and classic view using respective icons (List View, Template View) on the top-right corner.
