View System Logs

System Logs record information on activities done in the application such under Admin, Requests, Problems, Changes, Projects, Purchases, Solutions, etc. In addition to these, user addition, deletion, updates, and mail configuration are also recorded.

Role Required: SDAdmin

To access system logs,
  1. Go to Setup > Data Administration > System Log.
  2. Select the customer from the customer drop-down in the header.
  3. From the system logs list view, click any specific log to view the details.

 

Filter Logs 

  1. Click the Time Filter on the top right to filter logs based on predefined time frames.
  2. Perform column searches on the logs by clicking .
  3. Sort the number of logs per page and column-wise in ascending or descending under Table Settings .

 

Delete Logs 

To delete logs individual or multiple, select the logs using the check boxes and click Delete at the top. You can also click Delete All to delete all the log entries at once.  

 

 

Export Logs 

You can export system logs as a CSV or XLS file. Click the Export as button at the top to export the log files.
