PII/ePHI logs record actions performed on Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI), including the user's name, social security number, racial/ethnic data, etc.
Role Required: SDAdmin
The PII/ePHI logs track changes made in
privacy settings and can be accessed under
Setup >
Data Administration >
PII/ePHI Log.
- The list view displays the action taken on the PII/ePHI fields under Setup > Users & Permissions > Privacy Settings, the person who took the action, and time it was taken. Click a log to view more details.
- Click the Time Filter
on the top right to filter logs based on predefined time frames. You can also perform column searches on the logs by clicking
.
- Sort the number of logs per page and column-wise in ascending or descending under Table Settings
.
- You can export PII/ePHI logs as a CSV or XLS file. Click the Export as button at the top to export the log files.
