View PII/ePHI Logs

PII/ePHI logs record actions performed on Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI), including the user's name, social security number, racial/ethnic data, etc.

Role Required: SDAdmin
 
The PII/ePHI logs track changes made in privacy settings and can be accessed under Setup > Data Administration > PII/ePHI Log.
  1. The list view displays the action taken on the PII/ePHI fields under Setup > Users & Permissions > Privacy Settings, the person who took the action, and time it was taken. Click a log to view more details.
  2. Click the Time Filter  on the top right to filter logs based on predefined time frames. You can also perform column searches on the logs by clicking .
  3. Sort the number of logs per page and column-wise in ascending or descending under Table Settings .
  4. You can export PII/ePHI logs as a CSV or XLS file. Click the Export as button at the top to export the log files.
