Task Type

Task Type

Task types are used to categorize similar tasks based on the activity, time taken, related module, or more.
Role Required: SDAdmin

  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Helpdesk > Task Type.
  2. Click New Task Type.
  3. Enter a name for the task type. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Describe the task type details and usage.
  5. Choose a color to indicate the task type in the task list view and Gantt view.
  6. Click Save.

To edit/delete task type, click beside a task type name.
