Worklog Type

Worklog Type

Worklog type is used to classify the different modes of work input from technicians. Recording the worklog type will assist you in tracking a range of charges incurred by the technicians for their services.

Role Required: SDAdmin
  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Helpdesk > Worklog Type.
  2. Click New Worklog Type.
  3. Enter a name for the worklog type. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Describe the worklog type details and usage.
  5. Click Save.

To edit/delete worklog type, click beside a worklog type name.
