Pick Up Changes

Role Required: SDAdmin, SDChangeManager, Technicians with Edit permission to the respective change stage
 
Technicians associated to the respective customers can pick up unassigned changes from the list/template view. This reduces the waiting time to assign the change to each technician and increases the efficiency of the change process.
 
To pick up a change,
  1. Go to Changes.
  2. Select the changes using the check boxes, and click Pick Up.
