Space User Roles

Space User Roles

 
By default, there are two roles in the Spaces module.
 
Role
Access
SDSpaceAdmin
This is a mandatory role for ServiceDesk product which when associated to a technician provides them privilege of being a Space Admin with access to Space, Space Types, and other configurations. It cannot be edited or deleted.
SDSpaceManager
This is a mandatory role for ServiceDesk product which when associated to a technician provides them privilege of being a Space Manager with access to Space and Facility Services. It cannot be edited or deleted.
 
 
Apart from these default roles, to create new roles with custom space permissions,
  1. Go to Admin > Roles > New Role.
  2. Select Access level for Spaces module such as Full Control, View, Add, Edit, or Delete. Click Save.
