Advisory

Add important advisory notes or best practices on handling the customer. The advisory notes of the customer will be shown to technicians in the request details page.

Idea
When a technician works on a customer's request, they can view the customer's advisory notes. This can help them gather some pointers or important notes to assist them in handling the customer better. 
  1. Go to the Customers module and open the details page of a customer.
  2. Go to the Advisory tab and click New Advisory.

Alternatively,  you can add advisory by clicking Actions > Add Advisory on the customer details page.


 

  1. In the pop-up displayed, enter the advisory note.
  2. Choose to enable or disable Show Advisory on the request details page.
  3. Finally, click Save

 

 

 

Edit/Delete Advisory 

To edit advisory details,
  1. Go to the Advisory tab within a customer's details page.
  2. In the advisory list view, click on the advisory you wish to modify and click Edit.
  3. To delete an advisory, click on the advisory you wish to remove and click Delete.

  1. To delete advisories in bulk, select the advisories using the check boxes in the list view and click Delete.
