Delete Requests

Role Required: Technicians with permission to Delete requests
 

Delete an Individual Request 

  1. Go to Requests and choose the respective customer from the drop-down in the header.
  2. Click the subject of the request to open it.
  3. In the request details page, click Actions > Delete.
  4. Click Confirm to proceed.
The notes, work logs, and conversations added to the request will also be deleted.

 

Delete Multiple Requests

  1. Go to Requests and choose the respective customer from the drop-down in the header.
  2. In the request list view, select the requests that you wish to delete by using the check boxes.
  3. Click Delete, and then Confirm to proceed.
