Custom Views

You can filter the change requests based on specific criteria to create your own customized page of change requests. This helps you sort and view change requests based on your priority and requirement.

By default, custom views tabulate All Changes. You can click the custom view name on the top-left of the page to filter the change requests based on:
  1. Favorites: Custom views marked as favorites by clicking icon beside their name are listed here. You can also pin your favorite custom views as quick links.
  2. Public Views: Public views lists various filters based on change status, approval status, and assigned status.
  3. My View: Private custom views will be listed here.
  4. Trashed Changes: This filter lists deleted change requests. You can restore or delete the change requests permanently from this page.
