Service Packs   

ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud helps monitor various service packs like hotfixes, security updates, installers, etc. by scanning workstations.
 
To view the service pack,
  1. Go to Assets > Software > Service Packs.
  2. Choose the required customer from the drop-down in the header.
  3. Click the service pack name to view its details.
 
In the details page, you will find detailed information, including the number of installations with and without the service pack, as well as the software that the service pack applies to.
 
 

Edit/Delete Service Packs   

To edit/delete service packs,
  1. Go to Assets > Software > Service Packs.
  2. On the customer-specific list view, click a service pack to view its details.
  3. On the details page, click Edit.
  4. Make the necessary changes and click Save.
To delete service packs,
  1. Go to Assets > Software > Service Packs.
  2. On the customer-specific list view, select the service packs using the check boxes.
  3. Click Delete.
