Configure Custom Service URL
Access ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud via a URL unique to your organization.
Use case: Display your organization name in place of the default URL by setting up your custom domain. Create a CNAME record in your domain control panel.
Map the CNAME with "customer-sdpondemand.localmanageengine.com" and save the changes.
- Go to ESM Directory > Custom Service URLs.
- Click New Service URL.
- Enter the subdomain configured for the CNAME.
- Select the domain from the drop-down.
- Click Verify & Save.
If a custom service URL is deleted, links sent to the users with the previous custom service URL will not be accessible.
