Configure Custom Service URL

Access ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud via a URL unique to your organization.
InfoUse case: Display your organization name in place of the default URL by setting up your custom domain. 
Create a CNAME record in your domain control panel.
Map the CNAME with "customer-sdpondemand.localmanageengine.com" and save the changes.
  1. Go to ESM Directory > Custom Service URLs.
  2. Click New Service URL.
  3. Enter the subdomain configured for the CNAME.
  4. Select the domain from the drop-down.
  5. Click Verify & Save.
Info
If a custom service URL is deleted, links sent to the users with the previous custom service URL will not be accessible.
