Associations

Associate incidents, changes, and releases related to the problem to provide further information.
  1. Go to the Problems module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
  2. Open the problem to be associated.
  3. In the problem details page, go to Associations tab.
  4. Click Attach beside the relevant heading to associate records to the problem:
    1. Incidents - Associate incidents that caused the problem or were caused by the problem.
    2. Changes - Associate changes that were created because of the problem. You can create a new change directly if needed.
    3. Releases caused by the problem - Associate releases that were created because of the problem. You can create a new release directly if needed.
    4. Releases initiated by the problem - Associate releases that caused the problem.
