Change Type

Change Type

Change types are used to classify change requests typically based on importance or priority.

Role Required: SDAdmin

Create Change Type 

  1. Go to Setup > Customization > Change Management > Change Type.
  2. Click New Change Type.
  3. Enter a name for the change type. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Describe the change type details and usage.
  5. Choose a color to indicate the change type in the change list view.
  6. Enable Pre Approval to mark change types that do not require any approval.
  7. Click Save.

List View Operations 

  1. To edit/delete change type, click beside a change type name.
