Add Notes to Contract

Add important information as a note.
Role Required: SDAdmin, Users with View Contracts permissions
  1. On the header, select the customer for whom you want to add a note to a contract.
  2. Select the relevant contract.
  3. On the contract details page, select Actions > Add Note.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Add attachments if any.
  6. Select the technicians you want to notify about the note.
  7. Click Save.

You can also add notes from the Conversations tab.
