Track all the actions performed on a request in the Request History. You can further search for specific entries based on time, fields, and operations.
To view the history of a request, open the request, and click the History tab.
Date Filter
Click the date filter

or the drop-down on the top right corner. These filters allow you to view entries for that day, the current month, the past week, and other time ranges.
To view the entries for a custom time range, click Custom Range and manually select a time frame.
To sort the entries in ascending or descending order of the date, click

beside the date drop-down.
Field and Operation Filter
This filter lets you view the request logs generated for specific fields and operations. Click the search bar and choose the required field or operation to view the logs.
You can filter request logs for specific operations like approvals, conversations, notes, attachments, and so on, or filter logs based on default and custom fields like Group, Priority, Assets, Site, Technician, and more.
In service requests, you can also use the filters to look for resource-specific and service cost-specific entries as well as additional fields.

The date and the field or operation filters can be used simultaneously.
