Problem History
Problem history records all actions performed on the problem request. The various operations are grouped and listed by date.
Role Required: SDAdmin, Users with View Problem permission.
- Go to the Problems module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
- Open the relevant problem.
- In the problem details page, go to History tab.
Use the filter menu to refine the entries based on operations or fields.
Use the date filter to filter the history based on date and time. Click 
to sort the operations listed in ascending/descending order.
