Publish announcements to inform users about services that might be affected while fixing the problem.
- Go to the Problems module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
- Open the problem needing announcement.
- In the problem details page, go to Announcements tab and click New Announcement.
- Alternatively, you can select to Actions > Make an announcement.
- Fill out the announcement form as explained in this page.
You can delete announcements by selecting them and clicking Delete on the toolbar.
