Make Announcements

Make Announcements

Publish announcements to inform users about services that might be affected while fixing the problem.
  1. Go to the Problems module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
  2. Open the problem needing announcement.
    1. In the problem details page, go to Announcements tab and click New Announcement.
    2. Alternatively, you can select to Actions > Make an announcement.
  3. Fill out the announcement form as explained in this page.
You can delete announcements by selecting them and clicking Delete on the toolbar.
