Configure Currency

In ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud, you will be able to add different currencies which can be used while procuring assets/services. Choose the one you would want to use and add it to the application.

Add New Currency 

To add a new currency,
  1. Go to Setup > Instance Configurations > Currency.
  2. Select the respective customer from the filter in the application header.
  3. Click New Currency.
  4. Select the Currency Name from the list of currencies. The Currency Code and Currency Symbol will be filled in automatically. The Currency Symbol can be edited/changed.
  5. Specify the Exchange Rate for the new currency against the Base Currency.
  6. Click Save.

Edit/Delete Currency 

  1. In the Currency list view, click to edit a currency and click Save.   
  2. Click the Delete icon to delete a currency.
