Approve or Reject Solution

Technicians with solution approval permissions can review the solutions submitted for approval and approve/reject them.

After a solution is submitted for approval, an email notification will be sent. Technicians can use the link in the email to approve or reject the solution.

Alternatively, solutions can also be reviewed from the application.

On the list view or template view,
  1. Click beside an unapproved solution and select Approve or Reject.
  2. To perform approval actions in bulk, select the unapproved solutions and use the Approval Actions drop-down on the toolbar.
Alternatively, click . On the solution details page, select Actions > Approve.

You can use the filter drop-down to view all unapproved solutions. 
While performing approval actions, you can also reject approved solutions.

In the Approvals form,
  1. Choose Approve or Reject action.
  2. Enter comments, if any.
  3. You can choose to reset the likes and dislikes for approved solutions.
  4. Click Save.

The rejected solutions can be edited and resent for approval.
