Add Attachments to Customers
Attach files and documents to customers to provide additional information.

You can attach important documents such as contracts, MoCs, and other relevant files associated with both you and the customer.
- Go to the Customers module and open a customer's details page.
- On the right pane, click the attachments icon
to expand its view.
- Click the Attach File icon
. By default, this option will open a pop-up to attach files from the computer.
- To attach files from the Cloud, click
and select Attach files from Cloud.
- Browse and select the file you want to attach.
The selected file will be listed under the Attachments section in the right pane.

You can attach up to 50 files to a customer, but the total size of the attachments should not exceed 50 MB.
Remove Attachments
To remove an attachment from a customer,
- On the customer's details page, click
on the right pane. The icon will expand to show the added attachments.
- Click
displayed on the attachment to remove it.
Download Attachments
To download attachments,
- Open the customer details page.
- Click
on the right pane. The icon will expand to show the added attachments.
- To download a specific attachment, click
displayed on the attachment.
- To download all attachments, click Download all displayed in the expanded section.
