View the details of a maintenance request, such as generated requests/changes and schedule details from the maintenance details page.
Role Required: Technicians with View maintenance permission.
To view the details of a maintenance,
- Go to the Maintenance module and choose the respective customer from the filter in the header.
- Select a required module (Requests/Changes) from the filter drop-down on the top-left.
- Click the subject link of a maintenance.
- If maintenances are displayed in the list/template view, you will be redirected to the maintenance details page.
- If the maintenances are displayed in the calendar view, a summary of the maintenance details will be shown in a pop-up. Click the
icon beside the status to open the maintenance details page.
The maintenance details page has three tabs: Details, Requests/Changes, and History.
Details Tab
View complete details of request/change maintenance.

Requests/Changes Tab
View requests/changes generated for maintenance. Use the filter drop-down to view the requests generated within a specific period.
History Tab
The History tab within a maintenance records all the operations performed on the maintenance.
Filter the maintenance history by type of operation, specific fields, and time frame.
Schedule Details
The right panel of the maintenance details page displays the schedule details of the maintenance. The generated requests and upcoming schedules are marked in a calendar with green and blue colors, respectively. You can also view the schedule type and next schedule from the right panel. If the maintenance is custom-scheduled, you can view the days/months when the maintenance is scheduled to happen.
Clicking the green color event will redirect you to the request/change tab on the maintenance details page.
Actions
- Click the Actions menu on the toolbar to delete/suspend/resume/generate requests immediately.
- Use the navigation buttons
on the right to move to the previous or next maintenance subsequently.
- To edit the maintenance, click the Edit button displayed on the top-left.
