Add Solutions

Solutions for a problem can be added to problems as workarounds or resolution in ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud.
  1. Workarounds are quick fixes used by technicians until the actual solution is ready.
  2. Resolutions are permanent fixes to problems raised.
Go to the Problems module and select the respective customer from the filter in the header.
  1. Open the relevant problem.
  2. In the problem details page, go to Solution tab.
    1. Click Edit to log a workaround and resolution using resolution templates simultaneously.
    2. Click Add beside the Workarounds and Resolution sections to add solutions individually. You can use resolution templates to auto-fill details.
