ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud integrates with Zoho Survey, a powerful survey-building tool. With Zoho Survey, you can create user-friendly surveys in minutes and gain valuable customer insight to improve your help desk service.

Benefits of Integrating Zoho Survey

  3. Add various question types like multiple-choice, rating scale, image-based, and multi-line questions.
  4. Apply logic to a question and direct respondents to different pages based on their responses.

Enable Zoho Survey 

To set up Zoho Survey,
  1. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Survey.
  2. Click Enable Zoho Survey to set up the integration.
 
  1. Click Proceed on the pop-up displayed.

 
 Zoho Survey is now enabled in the application. Click here to configure Zoho Survey settings.
 

Disable Zoho Survey 

To disable Zoho Survey,
  1. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Survey.
  2. Click Disable Zoho Survey.
