Zoho Circuit Integration

ServiceDesk Plus MSP Cloud integrates with Zoho Circuit to help you automate complex workflows by systematically defining and organizing a sequence of tasks.
 
You can use functional tasks such as SSH Task, DB Task, AD Task, Task Engine, and PowerShell Task Engine to build circuits with low or no code.

Zoho Circuit Integration is available only for the Enterprise edition. 
Role Required: SDAdmin or HelpdeskConfig
 

Benefits of Integrating Zoho Circuit 

  1. Organize tasks and automate workflows.
  2. Configure complex workflows with low code or no code.
  3. Reuse components such as Functions, Webhooks, Scripts, Credentials, Bridge, Files, Tables, and Schedules in the workflow.
  4. Store files and documents for easy access.
 

Enable Zoho Circuit Integration 

  1. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Third Party Integrations.
  2. On the Zoho Circuit card, click the toggle button to enable integration.
 
After the integration is enabled, you can find the Zoho Circuit block under Setup.
 

 Disable Zoho Circuit Integration   

  1. SDAdmins can disable the integration anytime by following these steps:
  2. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Third Party Integrations.
  3. On the Zoho Circuit card, click the toggle button to disable the integration.
