Space Notifications

Space Notifications

You can configure notifications to be sent to supervisors when a space is edited/modified. To configure notifications, go to Setup > Automation > Notification Rules > Space.

Select the notifications you want to enable and click Save.


Settings:
  1. You can send all notification in rich text format or plain text format.
  2. Allow template customization in user's language: Toggle on to customize the template in the user's language. If disabled, notifications will be sent using the default template.
 
To customize the notification template,
Hover over the template and click Customize Template icon. Use the $ symbol to add variables to the notification content.

InfoChoose Language option will be available if Allow template customization in user's language is toggled on.
