Space details in Requests

While creating request templates, you can include the space field to capture the space details of a particular request. This helps in easy identification and resolution of the request.

 To create incident or service request from the Spaces module, add a space field in the request templates. 

Add spaces field to the request template as shown below.

In New Request add form,

When you create an incident or service request from space details, templates with spaces field will be listed under the drop-down.
