List View Actions   

  1. Search software: Use the icon to perform a column search on software.
  2. Choose columns: Choose the columns to be displayed for the software under .
  3. Set number of records per page: Set the number of records in a page and sort them as required under .
  4. Edit software/software suite: You cannot edit software details. However, you can modify the manufacturer, software category, and type:
    1. Change manufacturer: Select the software/software suite and click Actions > Modify Manufacturer.
    2. Change category: Select the software/software suite and click Actions > Modify Category.
    3. Change software type: Select the software/software suite and click Move To. Choose the software type from the drop-down.
  5. Delete Software: Select the software/software suite and click Delete.
