Send Survey to Requesters

When a request is closed, the application can send a survey to the requester if enabled in the application. 

After the requester completes a survey, the survey results can be viewed individually for each of the requests in the application under Setup > User Survey > Survey Results.

To send a survey to a requester,

1. Go to Requests and choose the respective customer from the drop-down in the header.
   
2. Click the subject of a closed request to view its details.
   
3. Go to Actions > Send Survey for this Request.
   

The survey will be sent as an email to the requester.
