Problem Configurations

1. Problem ID Prefix: Set the prefix for the Problem ID (up to 5 characters). The default prefix is PB.
   
2. Problem ID Starts With: Define the starting number for Problem IDs. By default, Problem ID starts from 1.
   
3. Enable the option to disable inline editing of problem fields in the problem details tab if problem form rule is configured for that template.
