My Assets View

On the left accordion, click My Assets to view all items assigned to you. It includes all your assets, consumables, and software licenses, each organized under separate tabs.

Role Required: SDAdmin or technicians with an asset role.
 Technicians without an asset role can view their assets from Assets in the navigation pane. 

SDAdmins and technicians with asset role can click an asset in the list view to open the asset details page and view complete information, while technicians without an asset role can view only specific details in a pop-up. 

Audit and Acknowledge Assets 

From the Assets tab, you can self audit your assets and acknowledge them if not done already.
  1. To audit, click Audit Assets on the toolbar and record whether you have the assets with you at the moment.
  2. To acknowledge an asset, click the pending acknowledgment status next to it, and fill out the form.

 Asset Filters    

Use the drop-down filter on the top left to view specific assets. Certain filters will be available for users assigned as Department Head and Reporting Manager.

My Assets
All users
View assets assigned and loaned to you.
Use the All Acknowledgment filter on the top right to filter assets by acknowledgment status, such as Acknowledgment Pending, Asset Received, and Asset Not Received.
All My Assets
All users
View all assets within your scope. This includes all your assigned and loaned assets.
Based on your role, the filter will include assets allocated to departments within your scope, corresponding department users, and direct reportees.
My Loaned Assets
All users
View assets you have received temporarily as a loan.
My Department Assets
Department Head
View assets that are directly allocated to departments within your scope and users within those departments.  
Use the subfilter on the top right to filter assets assigned to specific departments or users by acknowledgment status.

My Reportees Assets
Reporting Manager
View assets of your direct reportees.
Use the subfilter on the top right to filter specific reportees' assets by acknowledgment status.
 

Consumable/Software License Filters 

Similar to Assets, you can use the filter on the Consumables and Software Licenses tabs to view specific items. Certain filters are available for users assigned as Department Head and Reporting Manager.
Similar to subfilters in the Assets tab, you can use subfilters to refine consumables and software licenses by primary filter criteria.

View consumables/software licenses allocated to their direct reportees.
All My Consumables/All My Software Licenses
All users
View all consumables/software licenses within your scope.
Based on your role, the filter will include items allocated to departments within your scope, corresponding department users, and direct reportees.
 

List View Actions 

Table Settings: Use on the top right to set the number of asset records to be displayed per page and sort them.
Column Chooser: Use on the top left to add/remove columns from the list view.
