Home Realm Discovery (HRD)

Home Realm Discovery (HRD) provides a unified pre-login experience for users across domains. It identifies the user’s domain, redirects them to the appropriate authentication and then to their respective portal.

To configure HRD
  1. Go to the Home Realm Discovery tab on the MSP customer's details page.
  2. Under HRD Pre-login URL, click Create to configure an HRD pre-login URL with a verified organization domain to enable domain-based redirection.

  3. Under Company Logo, click Upload to customize the pre-login page with your organization’s logo.

  4. Enable Show Pre-login Page to Customers Only to display the pre-login page only for customers, while MSP technicians continue to use their dedicated service URL configured in ESM.
  5. Click Save.
