Renew Contracts

Renew Contracts

You can renew contracts in any status. While renewing, you can modify the contract details, parent/child contract association, support details, or notification settings. However, you cannot modify assets and software license associations while renewing a contract. 

Role Required: SDAdmin, Users with Add or Edit Contracts permissions
  1. On the header, select the customer for whom you want to renew a contract.
  2. Select the relevant contract.
  3. Go to the contract details page.
  4. Navigate to the Renewals tab.
  5. Click the Renew Contract button. The button will be enabled only for expired contracts.
Alternatively, you can go to Actions > Renew Contract. This option will be listed only for expired contracts.

Fill out the necessary details in the displayed form and click Renew.
