Configure Leave Types

Leave types is the type of leave taken by the technician, such as sick leave, casual leave, and so on. This is essential while marking leave for the technicians in Scheduler.

To configure leave types,
  1. Go to Setup > Instance Configurations > Leave Types.
  2. Select the respective customer from the filter in the application header.

Add Leave Type 

  1. Click New Leave Type.
  2. Enter the Name of the leave type in the given text field. For example, Sick Leave, On Duty. The specified name has to be unique. This is a mandatory field.
  3. Specify a brief Description about the leave type.
  4. Click Save.
 


Edit/Delete Leave Type   

  1. In the Leave Types list view, click to edit or delete the leave type.
  2. Edit the Name and Description by clicking Edit Leave Type and click Save.   
  3. Click Delete to delete the leave type.
