Closure Code indicates the reason behind closing an release request. Technicians can specify the closure code when closing release requests to help other technicians involved in a release request understand why the release request is closed.
Role Required: SDAdmin
- Go to Setup > Customization > Release Management > Closure Code.
- Click New Closure Code.
- Enter a name for the closure code. This is a mandatory field.
- Describe the closure code details and usage.
- Click Save.
To edit/delete closure code, click

beside a closure code name.
If a closure code associated with a release request is deleted, it will be grayed out and marked as not for further use. To use the closure code, edit the closure code and toggle the Closure Code not for further use option.
